Flight Training Devices
Reflectone produces a full range of Flight Training Devices (FTD). FTD's are available to meet all FAA defined levels, and individual customer requirements. Reflectone FTDs are built using many of the same modular hardware systems and software found on our full flight simulators, as appropriate to the FTD level. This maximizes FTD fidelity and realism and provides cost saving commonality when acquired with a full flight simulator. FTD's are designed to be compatible with the electrical, space, and environmental characteristics of a classroom environment.  No special facilities are required.

Production Laser Machines

Amanda. The Pulsar series is a completely new design combining the latest developments in machine, CNC   and laser resonator technologies. The Pulsar is designed for the high-volume, short-run production of sheet metal parts, featuring reliable high-speed processing, easy material loading, and automated unloading of multiple parts. The Pulsar series also features advanced cutting techniques, CleanCut ®, and DoubleCut. ®

     All Amada's production laser cutting machines are turnkey. The package includes the machine motion system, the laser resonator, chiller, dust collector, gas regulator and connection kit.

 

 

Supercomputing Systems. The first Swiss prototype supercomputer with 64 Gflop/s peak performance for computation has been installed at EPFL in January 2000. This machine consists of 8 processing nodes of 4 dual processor boxes (Fig. 3), altogether 64 production processors, of a four processor frontend node through which the users enter, and a development unit consisting of one dual processor box and a 12x12 crossbar. There are in total 70 processors. The frontend takes care of the ressource management and all the external interactions. The Swiss-T1 machine has 36 GByte of main memory, 600 GByte of local disk space, a RAID disk unit of 300 GByte and 1TByte of archiving space.
